Personal Data collected and purposes. Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter the Code), Morellato S.p.A. with registered office in Fratte di Santa Giustina in Colle (PD), Italy, via Commerciale 29 (hereinafter Morellato) will collect and process, as a Data Controller, certain personal information relating to the users of the web site The personal data are processed by Morellato for purposes related to the supply of the services available on, and in particular the distance selling of Morellato products (including processing of orders submitted by the users and related activities) (hereinafter the Services). The personal data may be directly provided by users of the Services (i.e. personal details such as name, surname, home address, country, sex, telephone numbers, date of birth, e-mail address, credit card number) and may also include data collected when the users are provided with the Service (i.e. amount of Morellato product purchased) (hereinafter the Personal Data). The Personal Data, used by Morellato only, will be stored in Morellato’s servers and processed (by either electronic or non-electronic means) for the purposes of managing the Service, to conduct statistical market research (by the means of anonimised data), and in order to comply with any obligation set forth by the applicable law.

At the time of enrolment or subsequently, you may give your express consent to receive marketing and market research communications and allow Morellato and its affiliated to carry out other marketing and market research analysis on the Personal Data. Communication of Personal Data. For the abovesaid purposes only, Morellato may communicate the Personal Data to entities performing consultancy or advisory activities for it and to its affiliate companies, either in Italy and abroad, within the EU, for performing functions on its behalf in connection with the Services (such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services). Cookies. Certain pages of the Morellato’s website providing the Service may employ an industry-wide technology called “cookies”. The “cookies” are small pieces of data that are placed on your hard disk drive when you access a certain part of a website. Cookies help Morellato understand which parts of its websites are the most popular, where Morellato visitors are going, and how much time they spend there in order to help you by customising your internet settings.

The tracking records are performed and maintained in ways that keep the data non-identifiable. For the purpose of surveys we may combine cookie or other data with your answers but we will ensure that this does not affect the anonymity of the results.

You may, at any time, exercise the rights granted to you by the law, namely the right to be informed about the existence, content, source, purposes and methods of processing the Personal Data, and the right to obtain updates, rectification, integration and (when allowed by the law) erasure of the Personal Data.
